Are there any fitness or wellbeing classes on campus?
Surrey Sports Park offers a wide range of fitness and wellbeing classes that students can get involved with.
You can sign up for classes at the Surrey Sports Park either as a member or on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Surrey Sports Park:
Shake classes: Zumba and Step and Tone
Shapes classes: bodypump, legs, bums and tums, total body conditioning and strength
Cycle classes: coach by colour and freestyle
Sweat classes: Bodyattack, strike, synrgy, and Hybrid
Aqua classes: Aquafit, aqua zumba, swimfit sessions
Stretch classes: Body balance, pilates, power yoga, pure stretch, vinyasa yoga, yoga.
