Are there any fitness or wellbeing classes on campus?

The University offers a wide range of fitness and wellbeing classes that students can get involved with.

You can sign up for a class at the Surrey Sports Park or join a class on the Stag Hill campus.

Surrey Sports Park:

  • Shake classes: Zumba and fit steps
  • Shapes classes: Les Mills Barre, bars and bells, bodypump, legs, bums and tums, total body conditioning
  • Cycle classes: Park classic, coach by colour, MyRide
  • Sweat classes: Bodyattack, box fit, circuits, strike force, synrgy, w.o.w (workout of the week)
  • Aqua classes: Aquafit, aqua zumba, swimfit sessions
  • Stretch classes: Body balance, mindful flow, pilates, power yoga, pure stretch, slow flow yoga, vinyasa yoga, yoga, yoga flow.

Stag Hill campus:

  • Yoga
  • Body attack
  • Beginners ballroom dancing.
