Are there any fitness or wellbeing classes on campus?

Surrey Sports Park offers a wide range of fitness and wellbeing classes that students can get involved with. 

You can sign up for classes at the Surrey Sports Park either as a member or on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Surrey Sports Park:

  • Shake classes: Zumba and Step and Tone

  • Shapes classes: bodypump, legs, bums and tums, total body conditioning and strength

  • Cycle classes: coach by colour and freestyle

  • Sweat classes: Bodyattack, strike, synrgy, and Hybrid

  • Aqua classes: Aquafit, aqua zumba, swimfit sessions

  • Stretch classes: Body balance, pilates, power yoga, pure stretch, vinyasa yoga, yoga.

We also have plenty of free Learn To & Free Sport Courses to get involved with, as well as casual, drop-in sports sessions.
