Are there any restaurants or takeaways on campus?

There are a number of restaurants and takeaways on the university campus.

• Hillside Food Court is open Monday – Friday: 11.30am – 3pm

• Lakeside Restaurant is open Monday – Friday: 12 noon – 2pm

• Young's Kitchen is open Monday – Friday: 6am – 5pm (during semester) Monday – Friday: 7am – 4pm (out of semester)

• Wates House will be closed for refurbishment from 23 December 2025. Until then, it is open Monday – Thursday: 12 noon – 11pm; Friday: 12 noon – 1am (during semester) and Monday – Friday: 12 noon – 7pm (out of semester).

There are also a number of coffee shops on campus too.
