Are there breastfeeding facilities available on the university campus?
Students are free to breastfeed or express milk in any location. There are dedicated breastfeeding rooms on both the Stag Hill and Manor Park campus and these rooms also have baby changing facilities and fridges for storing milk.
On the Stag Hill campus, the Breastfeeding Room is located on Level 2 of Senate House. The room is on open access for open days and events. At other times access is via a swipe card access arrangement. For access, please contact the Campus Safety team, who can update your student or staff access card for entry. Please contact the Campus Safety team to arrange access.
On the Manor Park campus, the Breastfeeding Room is located in Room 03 MP 00 (next to the MySurreyHive Manor Park Reception). To access this room, please request the key from the Manor Park Reception. The room is available during regular campus hours.
Baby changing facilities are available in multiple locations across campus and are detailed in our Pregnancy, Maternity and Parenthood Procedure for Students
