Can the Disability and Neuroinclusion team provide evidence to support an extenuating circumstances (EC) application?

If you are registered with Disability and Neuroinclusion and have been in contact with a member of the team previously, we may be able to provide written evidence to support an extenuating circumstances application. Please contact us via Surrey Support to request this.

If you are not known to our service, or have not been in contact with us recently, we are unlikely to be able to provide supporting evidence. In these circumstances, please refer to our B1: Regulations for extenuating circumstances (PDF) regulations for further guidance on supporting evidence.
