Can a friend collect my mail from the post room on my behalf?

If you are unable to collect your post or parcel yourself, you can send a friend to collect it on your behalf. The correct process will depend whether you are on the Stag Hill or Manor Park campus:

Stag Hill campus

If your friend is collecting large/oversized items, sensitive items such as a bank card, driving licence, or photographs, you must send an email to us in advance, giving permission for them to do so. Anyone collecting mail on your behalf must also bring valid identification with them such as a student card or driving licence.

For example, the message you send us by email should real something like “I, (add your full name and student number) give permission for (friends name & student number) to collect my post”.

Manor Park campus

For items stored in lockers, it is your responsibility to decide who you share your pickup code with.
