Can I learn another language?

At Surrey, we currently do not provide language courses, except for our English language support programme, at the moment. However, if you are interested in language learning, there are other alternatives you might want to consider:           

• You can sign up for the Language And Culture Exchange Scheme (LACES) to help you with your language learning/practice.
• You can also to make use of the facilities offered by the language study area.

As a University of Surrey student, you also get free access to the uTalk application. Please just download uTalk on your device via the Play store, the App store or utalk.com/app, then login using your student details.
