Can I log my extramural studies (EMS) placement in my RISR after it has been completed?

If you are undertaking an extramural studies (EMS) placement, this must be logged on RISR in advance of the start date. For safeguarding purposes we must know where our students will be located and planning to be on placement. Therefore, the Vet Placements team will not approve RISR EMS entries retrospectively unless there are exceptional circumstances why these were not logged in advance of the placement start date.
