Can I reopen my monthly supervision meeting log if I missed the deadline to upload my meeting notes?

If you are a postgraduate research student (PGR) and have missed the deadline to upload your monthly supervision meeting notes, it is not possible to reopen that month’s meeting log.

If you are an international student on a student visa you should raise an enquiry with the Immigration Compliance team via Surrey Support. Select MySurrey Hive as the team you want to contact and then “International Advice and Visas” as your enquiry topic. Please explain that you have missed the deadline but that an engagement did take place.

If you are not studying on a student visa, you will need to upload the meeting notes to the following month’s record.
