How can a club become a high-performance team?

High Performance Squads must be in the Top League of their respective BUCS competition or one league below. For non-league sports, they have to be ranked in the top 10 in the country. High Performance Squads (HPS), or some individual members of HPS are actively involved with external competitions. There are individual dual career athletes in the HPS that are representing their country or professional team in their sport. The HPS has an official or unofficial relationship with a professional club or national governing body. HPS must demonstrate a clear commitment to improving their performance, wellbeing, and culture.
