How can I apply for exam adjustments?

There is a huge range of support Disability and Neuroinclusion can offer, including adjustments in timed written exams. This can include extra time, the use of a computer, or being in a smaller room. Specifically, what can be offered will depend on your specific needs, the evidence you provide, and the format of your exams.

In order to get exam adjustments in place, you need to register with Disability and Neuroinclusion. We would advise that you start by booking a Quick Query appointment with a Disability Adviser. Alternatively you can send your questions to the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support; please select "Disability and Neuroinclusion" as your enquiry topic. You will need to provide suitable evidence in order for us to offer adjustments. 

Please note that there are deadlines by which you need to have registered with Disability and Neuroinclusion in order to guarantee adjustments for upcoming exams. Specific dates can be checked with your department.
