How can I contact IT support?
The IT Service Desk will be your point of contact for any requests, queries or questions you may have about using IT at the University.
You can contact the team using one of the methods below:
- Live chat: Available on MySurrey’s IT pages. Our IT Help Desk Advisors will be able to provide live on-line assistance to you during office hours.
- Telephone: Call +44 (0) 1483 689898 or internal number 9898. Dedicated telephone support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, wherever you are.
- Online: send the the IT Services team your questions via Surrey Support.
- In person: Drop-in face to face support is available in the Library, Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm. During busy periods you will need to book a 20 minute appointment.
For the fastest fix to your IT issue, Live chat and telephone are your best option during working hours.
