How can I contact or book a face to face appointment with a member of the Disability and Neuroinclusion team?

The best way for you to contact the Disability and Neuroinclusion team initially is to raise an enquiry with the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support, selecting Disability and Neuroinclusion as your enquiry topic.

Alternatively you can also complete our New Starter Form which will enable you to register with Disability and Neuroinclusion.

Our Disability and Neuroinclusion practitioners will review all requests, and then signpost and support you as appropriate. We will offer face-to-face appointments if your needs cannot be met by other means. If you feel your needs can only be met via a face-to-face appointment, please let us know when contacting us.
