How can I receive a progress report?

All students will receive an up-to-date copy of their Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) each year towards the end of September which will show marks from the previous academic year. For students that are not in their final year, this also acts as a Progress Report or interim transcript.

You will also be able to view this through your Gradintelligence account once it is available.

If you would like a progress report outside of this time, then you can request one by contacting the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support, selecting "My Course" as your enquiry topic. Please be aware that at certain times of the year such as examination periods, progress reports cannot be provided.
