How do I complete a module evaluation questionnaire (MEQ)?

To complete a module evaluation questionnaire (MEQ), you first need to log into Surrey Self-Service. You will find the questionnaire by selecting the "modules" tab, followed by "module evaluation". 

They are usually available to complete towards the end of a semester before examinations have started.
