How do I contact or book an appointment to speak to someone if I have financial concerns?

If you have any financial concerns, you can contact the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support. Please select "Money and Finance" as your enquiry topic. If you want to talk to someone you can also book an appointment to speak to us either online or in-person.

We also offer drop-in sessions where you can speak directly to our Student Money Advisers. These are held on the Stag Hill campus (in the MySurrey Hive) from 11am - 1pm every Wednesday (excluding University closure days). 

Please note if your query is in relation to a concern paying any University tuition or accommodation fees before the deadline, please book an appointment with the Student Finance/Receivables team.
