How do I contact or book an appointment to speak to someone if I have financial concerns?

If you have any financial concerns, you can contact the MySurrey team via Surrey Support, and select "Money and Finance" as your enquiry topic. If you want to talk to someone from our Student Money Advice team you can also book an appointment to speak to us either online or in-person.

We also offer drop-in sessions where you can speak directly to our Student Money Advisers. These are held on campus (in the MySurrey Hive) during term-time from 11am - 1pm every Monday. 

 Please note if your query is in relation to a concern paying any University tuition or accommodation fees before the deadline, please book an appointment with the Student Finance/Receivables team
