How does a phishing email get reported to the Cyber Security Team?

When you use the Report Phish button in Outlook, the suspected email is automatically forwarded to the Cyber Security Team for analysis. The team will review the content to assess whether it is a genuine phishing attempt and will contact you for further information if needed.

You do not need to do anything further once you have reported the email — the team will handle the investigation from that point.
