I am expecting a parcel
All deliveries including letters and parcels are delivered to Central distribution directly. Central Distribution is located on the west side of campus close to the Guildford School of Acting (GSA) building and Twyford Court accommodation. Once you receive notification from your courier that your item has been delivered, please allow 24 hours before heading to central distribution to collect. You will need to bring your student card or any photographic identification with you to collect your items. Please note: an image of an ID on mobile phone will not be accepted as ID. You must have your physical ID with you to collect.
Letters can be collected from the pigeon holes in Central Distribution reception and these are sorted by surname. Important letters such as passports, driving licences, DBS checks and bank cards will be kept behind the reception and you will receive an email to notify you that it has arrived and is ready for collection.
All post and parcels should be addressed with the name of your court, flat and room number, followed by University of Surrey, Guildford and the following postcode:
- Battersea Court - GU2 7JQ
- Cathedral Court - GU2 7JH
- Guildford Court - GU2 7JL
- International House - GU2 7JL
- Millennium House - GU2 7JN
- Stag Hill Court - GU2 7JG
- Surrey Court - GU2 7JW
- Twyford Court - GU2 7JP
- University Court - GU2 7JN.
All post and parcels are only held in central distribution for one month. After this time items are returned to sender. If you are unable to collect your items yourself, you are able to nominate someone else to collect on your behalf. Please send an email to central-distribution@surrey.ac.uk, including the name of who will be collecting on your items and their student number. They must bring their own ID to collect your items.
Central Distribution is open Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. We are closed at the weekends and University closure days.
