I can no longer attend my graduation ceremony and reception and have booked tickets, how can I cancel them?

If you can no longer attend your graduation ceremony, you will need to cancel the tickets you have booked. You can go back into your account on the Ede and Ravenscroft site to cancel your booking. Tickets and wristbands are not transferable and cannot be given to other graduands.

As tickets will be free of charge we anticipate demand might be higher so we would ask that if tickets are no longer needed, please cancel them at your earliest opportunity so they can be released to others who are waiting for additional tickets or who missed the deadline to book.

Please note, if you are not eligible to graduate, your tickets will automatically be cancelled by the Graduation team.
