I can't book tickets for my graduation ceremony
If you can't book your tickets or you receive the message “login invalid”, please check that the ticket bookings are open. Dates can be found in your invitation email and on our Graduation webpages.
You should also be logging in using your University Registration Number (URN) which is a 7 digit number, usually starting with a six and your surname.If the bookings are open, please check if you owe any money to the University. You will be unable to book your tickets or attend graduation if you have outstanding tuition or accommodation fees. Please see more information on paying your fees.If bookings are open, you have no outstanding fees and you are still unable to log in, please email the Ceremonies Team.
