I can’t get into an article, journal, ebook or database
Sometimes your internet searches may find items that we do not have access to. You can to check that the content you are trying to view falls within our subscriptions. You can do this by searching on SurreySearch and checking if the resource and date or date range appears.
If you are trying to access a resource off-campus, you may need to use a slightly different login route. Details of any special login route required are shown on the individual resources under their SurreySearch entry. Simply look for instructions under the notes field.
For articles or conference proceedings you may also like to check for any immediate open access routes to the resource. Details and videos on how to 'Find a journal article' are available via the Library 'how to' guides.
If you are unable to access an article, journal, ebook or database, please contact the Library team via Surrey Support and we will investigate for you.
