I have applied for an Oyster card but have not received it

Your Oyster card can't be authorised until after you are registered. If you are registered, then you can track your application status through TFL.

We are aware of an issue preventing University of Surrey students applying for an 18+ Oyster card. Please continue to check the TfL webpage for any changes while we work towards resolving this issue
