I have lost my bus pass and need a replacement
If you have lost your bus pass and need a replacement, you will need to contact Stagecoach directly. You can use the 'My Account' section on their website or send an email to them.
If you have got five or more days left on your ticket(s), Stagecoach will add this to a new card and send it to you within 3-5 working days.
Stagecoach automatically register your StagecoachSmart card when you purchase it online. If you purchased your bus pass on the bus, remember to register it online. Just use the unique 18-digit code on the back. This will help protect your tickets if your card is ever stolen or lost.
