I live on Stag Hill campus and am expecting a letter or parcel, how can I collect this?

Once your item has been received it is processed into our in-house tracking system and is ready for collection. You will not receive any email or notification from us, so please refer to updates from the delivery company.  

Once you have received confirmation from your delivery company that your item has been delivered, please allow 24 hours before collecting from Central Distribution. We can experience delays in processing times especially during busy periods. 

You will need to bring photographic ID to collect your item. Your student ID card, passport, driving licence or BRP are acceptable forms of photographic ID. An image of an ID on a mobile phone will not be accepted.  

Central Distribution is open Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. We are closed at the weekend and on University closure days.
