I'm going into hospital or I'm in hospital. What support can the University provide?
If you need to be taken to hospital, friends, family, a local bus or taxis can take you. It may be possible for Campus Safety to help you if you cannot get there; they can be contacted on +44 (0) 1483 682002.
Please remember to take some belongings such as your mobile phone, laptop, chargers, overnight clothes, personal hygiene items such as toothbrush and toothpaste, comfortable day clothes. Your housemates may be able to help you with this – contact Campus Safety for access your room if needed.
Let your personal tutor know so they can advise you on how to manage any missed studies if you feel comfortable to or alternatively tell the Centre for Wellbeing who can action this on your behalf with your consent.
