Is my bike is insured by the University when parked in a cycle shelter/rack?

The university does not provide insurance for bikes parked in cycle shelters or racks. If you require insurance, you will need to arrange cover through an external provider. There are a number of external providers who you can arrange this through. 

Additionally, for extra security you must purchase your own bike lock as the University is unable to provide them.
