MySurrey Engagement does not account for independent study or engaging with other online resources, and my engagement score is low. Is this something that can be fixed?

We understand that some courses/departments use resources that aren't included in the current resources on MySurrey Engagement. We are currently collating a list of these resources, so we can look into how these resources can be included in MySurrey Engagement.
