You may already be making use of artificial intelligence (AI) in many aspects of your student and personal life. There can be benefits to using AI for wellbeing support, for example quick tips if you need help preparing for difficult conversations, help with relaxation techniques, coping with stress, anxiety or lack of sleep, creating activity or study plans. In terms of general help and advice it can be very useful and convenient.
However AI is not always right and sometimes it gives answers that are wrong, unhelpful or even unsafe.
