What happens if I do not complete registration?

New student registration for home students should be completed online. International students are required to pre-register online and also then register in-person when they arrive at university. 

If you do not complete registration by the deadline, your IT access will be removed and your course may be terminated. If you think you may be late registering, please contact the MySurrey Hive immediately via Surrey Support, or by phone call on +44(0)1483 983952. They can advise you on the next steps.

If you will be studying on a Tier 4/Student visa, you must ensure you arrive in the UK before the latest start date on your confirmation of acceptance for studies (CAS).

If you are expecting a Student Finance loan payment this will not be made until you have completed registration. This includes both maintenance loan payments to yourself and tuition fee loan payments to the University.
