What should I do if I no longer require my summer vacation room?

If you no longer need your summer vacation room, please contact the Accommodation team via Surrey Support.

You may amend or cancel your booking up to the day before your booking starts. If you need to move rooms you may amend or cancel up to the day before the booking for the first room starts. 

Once your booking has started you must give a minimum of two weeks' notice if you wish to leave before the end of your booked period.
