When will waste and recycling be collected from my flat?

Waste is removed from kitchens by us on a daily basis, Monday to Friday.   You are then responsible for the following waste management:

• Your own bedroom and en-suite bathroom
• Waste that is collected during the weekend
• Waste that is collected during the Christmas, Easter and Bank Holiday University closures.
• Excess rubbish and waste from your bedroom should be deposited into the large metal bins (Eurobins) in the bin areas located across campus within residential areas (court receptions can provide details of where these can be found)

If you live in a self-contained flat, studio or family flat, you are responsible for removing your refuse and taking it to one of the waste disposal areas at all time.
