Why can't I see a module on SurreyLearn?

There could be a few reasons why you can’t see a module, or modules, on SurreyLearn.

If it is at the beginning of the semester, the most likely explanation is that the Module Leader has not yet released the module to students. The Module Leader will do this before the first class for the module.

Secondly, it could be that your SurreyLearn's My Courses list has defaulted to showing modules for a different semester in the academic year. In which case you just need to change it to the current semester – for further support please see the Finding your way around SurreyLearn guide.

Alternatively, there could be a delay or problem with your module registrations. In the first instance, check your official module registrations on Surrey Self Service and if there are any missing contact the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support and select "My Course" as your enquiry topic.

More information about these and other potential reasons why you might not be able to see a module in SurreyLearn can be found in the Why can't I see or access some modules in SurreyLearn? guide.
