Why haven’t I received an email inviting me to re-register?

If you are an undergraduate student moving onto your next year of study, or a postgraduate student continuing your course after September, you will be required to re-register. However, if you are taking resits during the Late Summer Assessment (LSA) period, you will not be invited to re-register until you have completed your LSA assessments and your results have been confirmed.

If you are a postgraduate research (PGR) student you should also re-register, even if you have submitted your thesis. If you have not received an email please contact the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support, and select 'My Course' as the enquiry topic.
