Why is the Report Phish button missing from my email?
The Report Phish button is only available in Microsoft Outlook. It is not currently supported in third-party email clients such as Apple Mail, or in the native mail applications on iOS or Android devices.
If you cannot see the button, you can access Outlook Web Access (OWA) where the Report Phish button is available regardless of your device. Alternatively, you can forward any suspicious email as an attachment to phishing@surrey.ac.uk.
If you believe the button should be present but is missing from your Outlook application, please contact the IT Service Desk for assistance.
