Will my counselling sessions be confidential?

Yes. Your counselling is confidential. We won’t discuss you with your tutors, families or anyone else without your permission. What you discuss stays between you and your counsellor with only a few rare exceptions where there are serious concerns about safety or legal obligations that arise as part of our Duty of Care. If anything like that ever arose, your counsellor would explain clearly what needs to happen and why. Our priority is to create a safe, private space where you can speak openly and get the support you need.
