Are there any tools that I can use to help with my social anxiety?
You can use various self-help guides and the NHS website has a wealth of support and information. Treatment options include talking therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, exposure therapy, hypnotherapy and medication. Your GP will be able to guide you through these options to help work out which option might be right for you.
