Are there any university noticeboards where I am allowed to display posters or flyers?

There are noticeboards around campus where you can display your poster or advert to publicise an event, society or job opportunity. Printed materials should not be displayed anywhere else on campus. Ideally you should use other communication methods. You can also let the university central communications department know by emailing them at mysurrey@surrey.ac.uk and they may be able to assist you with promotion.

Posters can only be put up in designated areas, for a timely period (based on what is being promoted), and should be A4 size, using blue tac only. No posters or flyers can be displayed in the MySurrey Hive.

Official noticeboards are located in the following locations:-

• MySurrey Nest

• MySurrey Dot

• On the path towards the Library from the MySurrey Hive

• Lecture Theatre Building (ground floor)

• On the path from the Students’ Union, towards University Court as you walk towards the town
