Can I change the name on my award certificate once I have graduated?

Names on certificates or Higher Education Achievement Records (HEAR) can be updated for awarded students if there is a very specific reason for it. Applications should be sent to examinations@surrey.ac.uk and should state the reason for requesting a new original certificate along with official documentation to prove the change of name, usually a deed poll certificate or similar.
