How and when will I receive my award certificate and final exit paperwork? Who do I contact about this?

If you have received an award, your certificate will be presented to you at your graduation ceremony. If you cannot attend your graduation ceremony, you can request to receive your certificate separately.

All graduating students, with the exception of postgraduate research students, are issued with a final Higher Education Award Report (HEAR), which replaces a transcript. Students can access this information via their HEAR account on Gradintel.

Postgraduate research students will be able to collect or request postage of their award certificate 14 days after the award date. For further information please go to certificates and transcripts.
