Can I get help with my Student Finance or NHS Learning Support Fund application?
If you have not yet started your university course at Surrey please contact Student Finance and/or NHS Learning Support Fund directly to discuss your application and eligibility.
If you are already enrolled as a student at Surrey and have registered, or are currently on withdrawal and need help with a Student Finance or NHS Learning Support Fund application, please contact the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support, and select "Money and Finance" as your enquiry topic. If you want to talk to someone face-to-face, you can book an appointment with our Student Money Advice team. If your query relates to an update to an existing Student Finance or NHS Learning Support Fund application following registration please ensure you put this in your query to the HIve, as your record may be in the process of being updated with Student Records.
The Student Money Advice team will be able to investigate and provide further guidance regarding your funding application. We can also contact funding providers on your behalf to discuss your application, if you are an enrolled student and consent to share is set up with the provider.
