Can I get help with my Student Finance or NHS Learning Support Fund application?

If you have not yet started your course at University please contact Student Finance and/or NHS Learning Support Fund directly to discuss your application and eligibility. If you are an enrolled, or currently withdrawn, student and need help with Student Finance or NHS Learning Support Fund application, please contact the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support, and select "Money and Finance" as your enquiry topic. Or, if you want to talk to someone face-to-face, you can book an appointment with our Student Money Advice team. 

The team will be able to investigate and provide further guidance regarding your funding application. We can also contact funding providers on your behalf to discuss your application, if you are an enrolled student and consent to share is set up with the provider.
