Can I get an official receipt for a tuition or accommodation fee payment?

The process for obtaining an official receipt will depend on whether you need a receipt for payment of your tuition fees or your accommodation fees.

If you require a letter with an official University stamp confirming payment of your tuition fees, please contact the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support, and select "Money and Finance" as your enquiry topic.

If you require a receipt for payment of your accommodation fees, please contact the Accommodation team via Surrey Support and select “Finance enquiry” as your enquiry topic.
