Can I leave the UK whilst I wait for a decision on my student visa extension application?
If you are an international student and you have applied for an extension to your student visa (from within the UK), we strongly advise that you remain inside the UK once you have submitted your student visa extension application and until you receive a decision. Leaving the UK whilst your application is pending will result in your application being automatically withdrawn.
