Can I try out a module before I request to change it?

The University requests that students only attend the modules they are officially enrolled to take. Teaching space is at a premium, by attending a module you are not enrolled on you could be taking up a seat for a student officially entitled to study this module.

"Module tourism" is also disruptive for academics being able to teach productively, and it is a health and safety risk if students end up sitting in the aisles of the lecture theatre because there are no seats available.
