Can I use Egencia to book travel as part of my placement or study abroad programme?

If you are undertaking a placement year or study abroad programme, you cannot use Egencia to book travel or claim travel expenses as you are expected to cover your travel costs yourself.

You may be entitled to grants or other placement funding, to help you with any associated costs but these would be treated separately and payments made to you directly and not as expense payments.  Please see our Placement funding pages for more information.
