Can I use Egencia to book travel as part of my placement or study abroad programme?

If you are undertaking a placement year or study abroad programme, you cannot use Egencia to book travel or claim travel expenses as you are expected to cover your travel costs yourself.

You may be awarded grants or other placement funding, to help you with any associated costs but these would be treated separately and payments would be made to you directly rather than as expense claims.  Please see our financial matters pages for more information.
