Can someone make a tuition fee payment on my behalf?

Yes, another person can make a tuition fee payment on your behalf. 

However, tuition fee payments (for UK and international students) are now processed through your Surrey Self-Service account (where you are linked to the Flywire payment system). The ‘share payment link’ that is usually available for sharing with another person (who is paying your fees on your behalf) within the Flywire payment system is not currently working, so if you do need to share a payment link with a third party who is paying your fees, please get in touch with the Student Receivables team by emailing them at student-receivables@surrey.ac.uk, and they will advise you on how to do this.
