Can visitors who are booked into the guest parking system park in the main car park?

If you are visiting the university campus as a guest of the university or a member of the university staff, the person you are meeting (a University staff member) must arrange your guest parking in advance. Once the booking is made, you will receive a link where you need to enter your car registration details.

Only staff members are authorised to book guest parking. Please ensure you coordinate with your host in advance to secure a parking spot.

If guest parking is not arranged, you or your guest will need to use one of the pay and display or pay-as-you-park car parks available on campus. Payment can be made via the RingGo app.

Using RingGo:

• Download the RingGo App, available on both Apple iOS and Android platforms
• Open the app and enter your vehicle registration details
• Find a Parking Spot in the Pay and Display or Pay as you park spaces
• Use the app to locate the nearest pay and display or pay-as-you-park car park
• Follow the prompts on the app to select your parking duration and make the payment.
