How can I ask a question on Surrey Support?

If you have a question for the MySurrey Hive team, you can go to MySurrey Help. Here you will find answers to many of the questions that our student support teams deal with.

If you can’t find an answer and further assistance is needed, you can raise an enquiry directly via Surrey Support and your question will be sent the appropriate student support team and they will respond to you directly.

There are two other ways you can do this:-

Option 1:

• Open the Microsoft Teams app on your phone or computer

• Go to the ‘My Dashboard’ tab

• Navigate to the Surrey Support tile and click on ‘Create a new question’

• Complete the form and click submit

Option 2:

Visit support.surrey.ac.uk to access the Surrey Support homepage

• Click ‘My questions’ in the top right corner

• Click ‘Open new question’

• Complete the form and click submit
