What is Surrey Support?

Surrey Support is the central place where you can go to ask a question of any of our student support teams – accommodation, wellbeing, money and finance, timetabling, academic administration and many more.

You can either book an appointment with a team directly, search for an answer to your query from all of our FAQ articles or, if you have a question that you cannot find an answer to, you can raise an enquiry using the Surrey Support ‘Open a new question’ page and our MySurrey Hive team will triage your query to the appropriate student support team. Once you have raised an enquiry you can return to the Surrey Support page to view progress on this.

You can generate your own University letters for various uses, for example proof of address, confirmation of student registration, council tax exemption and letters that confirm your right to work under a student visa. The letters use data that you have provided to auto-generate an official University document which is emailed to you.
