How can I book a barbecue on Stag Hill campus?

The University has a number of fixed barbecues on campus which are for the use of students and staff:

• Lake on Stag Hill: south of the lake near the footpath
• Stag Hill Court: near the reception
• Guildford Court: towards the Quiet Centre and next to the Garden Societies garden (not easily accessible by wheelchair due to a steep hill)
• Manor Park campus: near Paxton's Pond Hazel Farm: on the lawn between house 31 and 25 Hamilton Drive.

Barbecue sites are available for use between 11am and 9pm. Please be aware that barbecues are not permitted during exam periods and graduation. To book a barbecue, use our barbecue hire form.
