How can I borrow a book?

To borrow a book, first search the Library catalogue to check that your book is available. Then go to the floor to take it off the shelf and if you want to take it out of the library, issue the book to your library account at the self-service kiosks on Level 1 (opposite the Library and Learning Hive).

• To begin, press ‘borrow’ and hold your campus card against the card reader
• Place your books on the shelf to issue them to your library account
• Books will be issued for seven days and will automatically renew on a seven-day rolling basis unless requested by another student
• Press ‘done’ and you will have the option to send a receipt to your email.
