How do I apply for accommodation during my intramural rotations (IMR) placement?
It is the students' responsibility to book their own accommodation. If you are about to undertake an intramural rotations (IMR) placement, you will be emailed an IMR accommodation guide towards the end of Year 4, which shows the providers that have onsite accommodation, alternative options and what your limits are in terms of cost. Students will then be asked to indicate for each rotation what their accommodation plans are.
The IMR travel and accommodation policy for students will also be available on SurreyLearn towards the end of Year 4 for you to view.
